Deborah Reggie-Foster was raised in Southern California and now lives in Minnesota with her husband.

She loves the beach, animals, walking, traveling, and especially writing! Debbie used to write for an online greeting card company, among other freelance writing sites.  She was fascinated about caregiving sites when she started caring for her mother.  The “Sprinkled Thoughts” blog site is just that: a sprinkle (sentence or two, paragraph or three, or an article) on topics that interest her; hoping they will interest YOU!
